| [#186] Western Electric amps and 西電胡 Peter, I'm totally agree with you. This is one of the best Western Electric wax wire under the chassis. I believe it is from the 40's for switch board wiring. Gauge 22 strand makes it perfect for regular signal and voltage conductor under 1-amp. Surprisingly it works perfectly for wiring under the chassis. Applications include either single wire or twist pair for higher current usage, in turn I have better wire candidate for interconnect and speaker cable. It has to be Western Electric 40's single cord enamel copper wire. You will be amazed how wonderful they sound. |

Basically A's and B's are compatible and interchangeable in almost all cases. A's is the first generation of 262 whereas B's is second generation and so forth. |
