| [#2991] What are you listening to? (classical musi As an admirer of Bruno Walter, his Mahler 9 is always my favourite, so humane,natural and serene. I also like the reading by Klemperer, another great Mahlerian. In fact, there are so many great recordings of Mahler 9 that a comparison gathering will probably take a whole day. |

(classical musi Last night, a few short pieces of Choral music by Vienna boys Choir, I was a bit surprised that the Vienna Boy have 500 years of history, they were ther before Bach was born, what music did they sing when the Choir was found? No matter what they sing, they sing it with joy, and listening to their album is really enjoyable. Thanks George for the SACD version of this wonderful disc.  |
