( classical mus wal : 隻 Klemperer CD 十幾年前買, 好耐無聽, 琴晚囉出來部 CDP 居然唱唔到. 是的, 那肯定是聽過最好的 Brahms Symphony #3 之一. 一開始已被 Klemperer 吸引著令人聽得很投入(同前幾晚聽 Sophie Mutter 貝協的接不上軌全然兩極). 無賣弄灰鬱而有的是濃濃不絕的思潮. 聽得出樂隊之演出亦被自身所奏感染而完全投入. Brahms 的Symphony #1 #2 被認為是一 pair; 而#3, #4 是另一 pair. 好想快 d 聽埋 #4. |

| [#3251] What are you listening to? ( classical mus CKM hing, 前幾日經過又一城,去左hk records. 見到好多cd box set. 真係眼花瞭亂, 心都郁埋. 擇左幾隻, 包括你前提及個張Ashkenazy指揮既Sibelius (decca). 到最後, 一隻都無帶走. 原因係budget有限, 唔知揀隻好.同埋唔知係唔係the best version, 又諗新年可能總會減d. 指教: 就以 Sibelius 為例, 我應該購買市面邊個版? |

| [#3252] What are you listening to? ( classical mus ck2005, There is a old saying that `box set is just a lazy and economical way of collecting classical music'. For example, in Beethoven symphony, I can say that Wand's complete set must be the most consistent in quality, but if you want the best version, you have to get it individually, say Zinman's first and second, Klemperer's third, Kleiber's fifth and seventh, Karajan's eighth and Furtwangler's nighth. But for a beginner, box set is not a bad start. If you go to Hong Kong records again, you can check up the CD you are interested in on Penguin guide, which is put on the staff's counter for reference, I am sure Penguin guide have review all the box set already. |

| [#3255] What are you listening to? 也有些同感, 一大set好似一開就要逐隻輪住聽,唔知幾時先可以KO到套. 不過如果遇到一些delete左好耐而找不到舊版的...就唯有買一大set. 所以我決定...只會collect KLEMPERER 的舊版,這都已經夠死,仲欠一些－－－慘！ |
