| [#718] Western Electric amps and 西電胡 WE41+42+43+rack-mount panel+power supply, total Y10,000,000 per channel including tubes, not a pair.The boss of Western Sound Inc demonstrated a single channel of WE62+WE86+ WE753C with some very old jazz music(recorded in 1947)and the Beethoven piano sonata recorded in 2007, the high and low are both shy, but the mid is so musical, dynamic and suprisingly transparant in a way it has weight and body, unlike the kind of transparancy we are pursuing which lacks density and warmth that music really sounds like.It has been days after listening to the original WE system,I still can't forget the charisma and seductive nature of the sound. I'm not sure how long I can endure the temptation. I deliberately not to ask the price of the system because I know I can't afford it. |
