David ------------------------------------------------- Hello David, The live performance of Kondrashin's Borodin Sym #2 with Concertgebouw is my all time favourite, as equally preferred as Kondrashin's Babi Yar with Moscow Philharmonic and his Scheherazade with Concertgebouw. Kondrashin's preciseness in the manipulation of dynamics and phrasing has no rival in the above three interpretations. The only LP version of Kondrashin's Borodin Sym #2 is shown below in my collection. I think you should have already possessed this LP: Philips 412 070-1, marvellous recording  |
