I have also noticed that the results won’t change even though I have chosen NO. As this polling is for selected people, there are reasons to believe that there must be some sort of tricks behind.

The message is being widely circulated amongst some HKU and CUHK alumni.

I agree that, at this point, we don’t have to take it too serious. Of course, there could be some other implications and further subsequent developments.

I have just voted "NO", but the result is just the same as what you'd mentioned. Now you guys may know that propaganda is the most successful and powerful weapon that the American government uses before attacking other countries. Due to my previous post in the Government, I have to remind you that over 70% of the so call staff or representatives working in the US Embassy are in fact secret agents.
