[#10649] ETSC & ETRC & ESAC Members (44) Tina, The Angenieux 35-70mm f/2.5 Nikon Mount is hard to find in eBay or online store (Leica R mount is easily to find). For collector status (with it beautiful gift box, red towel, two lens hood) around US$500~700. I have one in Canon FD mount but I can't locate where I store it. Need to dig it out and buy an adaptor to mount in on Canon EOS DSLR to take picture. Btw, I also have a Angenieux 70-210 zoom lens (for Nikon) but have not been used for long long time.

But the 28-70 Angenieux AF lens basically is NOT made by France Angenieux!!! The latest Angenieux made by France in this zoom range is the manual focus 35-70 f/2.5 (for FD, Nikon, Olymplus and Leica mount only)

The 28-70 is made by Tokina on behalf of Angenieux, I used to have both Canon EOS mount and Nikon mount. The EOS mount always had problem with EOS 3 and Digital camera as the firmware is not compatiable. The picture for the EOS mount is quite soft, I had sold both lens at a high price subsquently in 199X at $ 9,XXX.

Angenieux 70-210 zoom lens (for Nikon) is quite a good lens for people, very soft indeed and like those taken in film.
