I do not know about the Caps. I just do based on expert advice.." KY - Just traced my previous advice dated 12 Oct 2005 written for you: "Altogether you need 10 numbers of TCC 0.25uF/500V capacitors. Four of them should be of higher leak-free. But of course if all 10 are leak-free it will be even better! Ask the seller if he can allow some discount for the rest?" It is evident that human perception is sometimes selective! You obviously want the "even better" than the good enough. :)  |

| [#11292] Leak Club for Leakies or Leak user Mine has a suitable blend of new with old components - thanks for the pair of original NOS 57K 68K resistors. --------------------------------------- Note: In the middle, 2 long, cylindical resistors of 57K and 68K are/were New-Old-Stock (NOS)! They were the original type used in LEAK 12.1s (though a bit later than 'dog-bone'). These NOS resistors are rock stable in value. Nice sounding of course!
