| [#11672] Leak Club for Leakies or Leak user m9, I guess The V69 was not in good working order and could not do its best on Tuesday. co will check and I an afraid we need to wait for next round for fair comparison. My personal feelings: 1) The V73 and Leak are two different kinds of beauties or animals (whichever way you like to call this) Both open up the sound stage of ESL enormously and beautifully but the V73 seems did it more effortlessly despite its crazy 4 watt operating power. However, it could easily reach its power handling limit . Well, I and Feikeung had heard some clicking when playing vocal disc at normal listening level. The sound from ESL thru V73 was the most charming on that day. Now I could see cp's face is smiling and shining. 2)The LEAK makes you feel like drive a Tiger tank with all might and power always at your service. No doubt, its 12 watt is greatest ever but the V73 just had the marginal edge in terms of effortless and tenderness. Given with its own pre-amp, it might become a different story and who knows! |
