| [#11834] Leak Club for Leakies or Leak user That should be "very good sound" instead of smoke come out if it is used on the TL12.1. In fact, the Cossor 53KU (it is not a GZ37 in the photo) is probably the best rectifier you can use in the TL12.1. |

| [#11835] Leak Club for Leakies or Leak user Testing of the Leak Trough Line 3 tuner together with the Fisher MPX100 multiplexer. I can now conclude the Leak is the best tuner I have so far, compared with my other tuners: McIntosh MR78, AudioNote T-Zero, Quad FM3, Quad FM, Fisher 500C (pre-out), KLH 8 and Eico HFT92. Human voice is so full of body that it wins all the others by a huge margin. Of course I cannot claim that it is the best tuner like the arrogant Brits do. At least I have not yet tested it against the E.H. Scott 800BT yet.  |

| [#11836] Leak Club for Leakies or Leak user I broke the EZ80 of the Trough Line 3. As there is no immediate replacement, I put in an EZ81 to replace. After about 4 hours of testing, I found some of the wax melted from the transformer. I hope this is not detrimental, at least the tuner is still sounding great. So beware, although these 2 tubes are very similar, they are not interchangeable.  |

| [#11838] Leak Club for Leakies or Leak user Quite true, John. Other than the rectifier, I have to check again whether it is a leaky filter cap that caused the excessive current. Leaking everywhere. Normally it's the leak that cause the great sound. |
