Mr. Wu is so generous to lend me a pair of his replica 618B.I have a pair of Northern Electric R1484AS which is= WE 618A.Primary is 30 ohm/120 ohm,output is 50K ohm.+- 1db 30-10000 cycles.The 120 ohm tap seems to work better with me. I am very interested to hear the original WE 618B. How can I try it? |

| [#120] Western Electric amps and 西電胡 水胡兄: 上次多得你答我的問題， 因身在外，現在才能謝謝你。 想在想替友人再問一些問題： 這部 91A 雖用 AC 燈絲，但有 hum pot, 用在 98 db 之 Klipsch 上，噪音都很低，不是問題。應是自給偏壓，電表顯示 60+ mA, 穩定。 1。 此機高頻甚飄逸，漂亮！但中低頻厚度差點，低音更是薄削，想是零件更改之故。可否建議用甚麼零件去改善？原本用什麼電阻電容的？ 2。 相比現代 300B 單端，驅動力稍差，是電路之限嗎？1 + 2， 聽下去有點像無負回輸的聲音。 3。 左下角想是輸入阻抗選澤，忘了 K 數，不覺對聲音有影響。 見你的照片裡沒有，是他人加的嗎？會有什麼用？ 這次先謝謝你。  |
