If I am to shoot birds, I will rush out and buy a Olympus 4/3 today to take advantage of its 2x form focal length benefit.

Well high hands will not agree such move saying that's trading off quality. But what's wrong if my top priority is to have the length to capture it before I can talk about quality.

How about going out with bun97 together and enjoy photographing together later. Just also enjoy the foul words after a bottle or two that heat up the atmosphere without doing harm to others. :-p

Do make use of your gears to do what they intended to.

Lym - I have my Canon 400D and 24-105 L lens with me to shoot things I like to shoot and from shooting angles of mine. Hehe.. Not able to share any from these shots before I have access to my own computer. What I can share are from my Lumix, still not too bad, and sometimes its wide angle helps!

I still remember that time when you sell our Eico to me, its a 2nd hand 2k or so stuff but the experience is many times worth more. I can remember the time I first met bun97, he's such a remarkable character. I still recall a night when you inspect the someone's Dynaco ST35 .... nice and delightful experience that life can bring :-)

Wish we can still as fresh as a little boy in mind sometimes.

That is very good I can know your feedback from your mouth (keyboard). It was a HF-85 pre-amp, right? and it needs to be changed to another.. with my apologies for the first unit's fault? :-)

Yes, he is, one with a young heart. That someone with a faulty ST-35 maybe Gingers. Some things and some guys I tend to forget nowadays. And, nowadays I don't do what I was over-involved before and I like music, classical music much more.
