| [#15113] Leak Club for Leakies or Leak user 在我仔細的用了大約八部的綜合擴大機、前級、後級、AB類、純A類，再從50瓦到300瓦，這一連串地與Spica TC-50搭配試聽之後，我確定了一件事：Spica TC-50在搭配了Audiolab的擴大機之後(不論是8000A、8000B、或8000C＋8000P)，確實是天造地設的絕配。這種組合所發生出來的特殊音色，我相信即使是二、三十萬的器材亦無法得到；而除了音色以外的各項表現，我認為這套組合值得與貴它三倍的器材相比。所以，在我還沒有仔細剖析這二樣器材之前，我要鄭重的告訴所有的讀者：我全力推薦以Spica TC-50搭配Audiolab擴大機的組合，因為它們讓我在聽音樂時得到莫大的感動！ 我認為Audiolab配Spica TC-50時所呈現出來「甜美」的聲音真是萬金難求，包括釵h昂貴的真空管機都沒有這種「甜美」的味舊 ___________________________________________________________________ This is extract from the Taiwan website http://audioart.audionet.com.tw/9/103-108.htm I happen to have the Audiolab 8000LX as well. | [#15117] Leak Club for Leakies or Leak user I'm now confused. The speakers were put everywhere in the room, 4 different locations for 4 different speakers. "Rogers 卻喉底過杰(好像有痰)的現象".....................Is that the reason why only Rogers can playback the 痰 of Louis Armstrong? __________________________________ There is usually one coupling point within every room, but different speakers do have to be fine-tuned for optimum placement, normally within inches front to back and up to two feet sideways. Curiously enough, Rogers does appear to be the only speaker capable of producing vividly the “rolling phlegm” of Louis Armstrong. That remark 喉底過杰 ,was not written by me. |

Putting the Spica beyond that particular point will therefore result in more phase cancellation, may be on the mid to upper freq. range and hopefully have some booming on the bass as well, which means that it was not performing at its best at its particular freq. range. Will it therefore be better, in theory, to put the Spica in the coupling position so that it might shine with its particular freq. range, ie. mid to upper, just forgo the bass and let the subwoofer handle the rest. |

I just quote limage from his previous posting : .......I used to believe the coupling point is the spot where multiple resonances gravitate since it clocks the highest sound level throughout the audio band. If we look at it the other way round, however, the focal point of the room should more correctly be taken as the spot where phase cancellation is the lowest........ I think it mean out of phase. Ask limage. |
