Are you saying that the shoe polish may do harm to the transformers. ---------------------------------------------------- what i'm saying is that the resistance is large enough not to worry. this is induced eddy current we are talking about. it will only affect the efficiency of the transformer. with resistance of 1-2M, it is quite unlikely anything significant can flow. so don't worry about it but don't think it is messy to touch? |
