[#15] 水冷 Class A 搭建中 katt 兄,換熱器(水冷頭)是10mm紅銅板和10mm賽鋼板組合成(訂做),水路在賽鋼板上,紅銅板全平面。 cpu8088 兄,講到怕漏水,電腦、汽車等都怕漏水,每間廠都盡力做到唔會漏水,可惜幾百萬既Benz都有機會漏水。電腦用水冷既廠機都有好多亦賣了超過十年,佢地一樣有機會漏水。漏水原因來來去去都係物料、設計等問題,在amp上沒有機械振動影响,不會在露天環境使用,整機溫度唔會高於90度,加上水泵產生既壓力有限,"谷"爆喉漏水機會很低。水喉我會用到內徑10mm外徑16mm既英國膠管,即係管身厚3mm,漏水可能性應該極之低了。 |

We DIY made PC water cooler during my campus days using CNC Mill and we learned this lesson ;3 cpu8088: use Non-Conductive Coolant, although it's not the best solution, it's better than not, also seen PC motherboard totally immersed in mineral oil. 最後修改時間: 2012-05-13 19:47:32 |
