| [#1] 抽濕機修理問題 最近部抽濕機按開關無反應開唔倒機。世上又多左舊電子垃圾…用三四年倒仲幾新下:＜ 這幾天放假得閒臨掉前爆開部機盡下人士，原來是個開關制內部爛左touch唔倒個micro switch.咁這個我懂得整。部機就著得番。不過發現另一問題就是個濕度顯示有問題長期低過30%。是否濕度sensor有問題？通常放在那位置？謝各位幫忙。 Panasonic F-YCH23H |

| [#4] 抽濕機修理問題 The sensor is of capacitance principle, faulty sensor would not affect running in high/low modes.(only for auto mode or indication) Can clean a bit using isopropyl alcohol.(next to the water tank) I serviced my dehumidifiers by taking them apart, much dirt was trapped between the cooling/heating coils due to their proximity. Oasis is easy to service(spacious inside, large cooling coil) but the Japan ones would simply crack after servicing a few times.(compact and having many screws) I picked up two dehumidifers from trash, one Sharp(still using), the other Mitsubishi(dumped after a few years due to low capacity) Only minor repair/cleaning.(tank switch/triac problems) Both MIJ. |

| [#5] 抽濕機修理問題 是否濕度sensor有問題? There are 2 major types of humidity sensor used in consumer electronic product A. Impedance type (POLYMER), 白色長方形 ceramic plate with black/golden color polymer coating, coating pattern 似2隻手指 E 互相對住. Rectangualr shape housing or bear element Cheap, easy design and programming, LOW RELIABILITY, higher tolerance, few years of life time (even no operate), impedance riased up (low RH reading) Applications : Clock, 電器, Indoor purpose B. Capacitive type (semiconductor), very small element like size around 1.0mm^2, with round shape housing. Expensive, difficult hardwear / software design and trimming, higher accuracy, Very Relaiable Applications : Equipment, Outdoor measurement 其實抽濕,冷氣用 humidity sensor 係無必要, 除非你確定用 capacitive type sensor, 否則部機好大機會幾年後報癈. 20年前日本仔頂級 Impedance type humidity sensor 都玩到5~10年, 近 1x 年韓仔/Taiwan HS更短命, 你會發現 Humidity reading 越來越低, RH reading 直至到 software design lower limit e.g. 20% RH (even real RH 90%), sensor 放幾年 coating 就算冇電 measurement 都會死. 樓主 case 可以去配 humidity sensor or replace by a 1K ohm 5% resistor (as a dummy sensor, will display a fixed high RH % reading) 最後修改時間: 2018-02-22 12:58:46 |

| [#10] 抽濕機修理問題 唔可以清潔 i.e. water, cleaner ....即死 其實粒 HS 已經 aged (dead) HS 用 1KHz sinewave 0.5Vp-p max 去測量 impedance Impedance 係 AC resistance, 即是它表(DC)度唔到, 除非用 LCZ (L.C.R impedance meter) 我估粒 HS part number is SYH-2 或者你用 resistor 做 dummy sensor 把 reading trim到 80% RH (compressor operating mode) 最後修改時間: 2018-02-22 14:07:12 |
