| [#146] 呢度有無pipe友 A straight pipe requires a set of stronger teeth since the bowl is farther away from the fulcrum. I'd recommend you to get either a lovat or a Canadian, which has a longer wooden shank to cool down the smoke more effectively. A bowl with a thicker wall will provide cooler smoke, though the added weight will fatigue even the strongest set of mastication muscles. If you always hold the pipe with your hand instead of your teeth, forget about the weight and get the one with more wood. |

Some of the toppings are made of ingredients (such as chocolate, syrup, wine or even whisky) that should rather be drunk or eaten than combusted. The burning of those ingredients may produce substances that may cause chemical burn. The key to avoid tongue bite is to smoke really slowly, and to avoid drinking hard liquor at the same time which doubles the effect of mucosal injury. |
