| [#23444] Leak Club for Leakies or Leak user I showed my Stereo 50, Stereo 60, TL/10, TL/12+ & Audiomaster 11A to you and CP, hooking up with my three Fisher Model 50-C. _________________________________________________________________________ I was late for the Part I and missed the St50, St60, TL/10, TL/12+ and the 11A, but I had the luxury of enjoying full time the TL/12.1, the pair which I almost got 3 years ago and then never had the chance to catch them again. As for the new 50C from Brazil, it was a tinge too dry, harsh and forward to my ears. The forwardness might be mistaken to be better resolution or a cleaner soundstage but is certainly too bland to be attractive. I believe the new caps should be given more time to run in. I have recently replaced all the coupling caps in the V69 and suffered the same harshness in mass strings for a full fortnight before they set in again after I ran the amps 9 hours a day for 2 weeks. |

That's the reason why I asked any difference between them and the sound of two channels could be melt together. The capacitors are all brand new. Yes, they need time to be vintage.
