| [#337] 全新Wilson Benesch同好會 a little bit of sharing about bi amp... if u need to buy one more power amp for passive bi amp, and that power amp may not be cheap....., then think twice.. as improvement can be quite " subtle "... not surprise..if someone may feel the improvement may be imaginary too haha - i did have that doubt haha (i had many power power.in the past... bi amp, tri amp cello performance...goldmund 2500 ... bi amp..etc..and other.. , why i did it.. as 1) why not to try... as i had them.. 2) why i keep bi amp.. ( as using those amp..may be better for their health ...) 3) improvement - a little bit .. will i do it again?... if i need to buy one more amp... of coz not... however i had a B&W Matrix 800 ..then i had a Krell crossover.., and the this active bi amp...really make things...a few level better........... however will i do it again............. it depends and likely not..unless i must have that speaker..., otherwise Active Bi AMp Cost for improvement level ..still not $$ sensible - use that money for one new good power amp and sell the speaker and upgrade the speaker.. ..i feel this way..i get more improvment we hear what we hear... some hear more..and i may hear less not surprise there are user able to hear more than me and feel it is day and nite by passive bi amp.. however if it is for fun... it is priceless... fun is personal and can be priceless haha 最後修改時間: 2022-03-21 13:48:06 |

| [#338] 全新Wilson Benesch同好會 I am biamping a pair of medium sensitivity speaker previously! Comparing using a single unit, the difference is not subtle at all. Better definition better details, imaging and especially the depth. It really worth for the money spent IMO. However, i need to use another 2 pair of speaker cable, other than the one used for single amp. Whether good sounding or not for biamping may varies with numerous factors, like changing speaker cable, placement of speakers or the character of speaker etc....It is far too much better indeed. for biamping based on my experience So i strongly recommend to biamping your speaker to get the most of it if budget is not much to concern! 最後修改時間: 2022-03-21 15:33:37 |

| [#339] 全新Wilson Benesch同好會 From my experience, my feeling was it is more about the power amp related factors for level of improvement From speaker point of view.. It only be better if bi amp For an overall system standpoint, how much better is quite related to Power amp behavior.. Dampening better for mid and high section etc... System dependant, n why not.. Especially if u have one more identical power amp around.. And if someone or dealer can borrow u the same power amp.. I almost forget I had a tri amp avalon too... Then I got back to using a 1 in 3 out cardas speaker cable made for that avalon. Was quite nice and super 3D system with a krell power amp Fun... For me.. 2x Powe amp.. For bi amp .. I tend to upgrade the power amp.. If I like that speaker.. Or upgrade the speaker by the money of selling that speaker and the budget for one more power amp .. If I have that bug for level up the sound quality.. Wilson benesch is dame good Haha |
