But we still need to face the truth, in my system pure malt is more muscial and liveness when playback violin, guitar and female vocals. Once these were the strength of tablette. (The reason why I keep it so long). |

BTW, at that time I saw a lot of good hifi gears there at very cheap prices than in HK: Acoustic Revive, Acrolink, TAOC, Nespa, Oyaide, Elekit and certainly the Pioneer S-A4SPT-PM speakers. |

| [#33] Pioneer Pure Malt Speaker Auditioned both the normal and TAD version recently in Osaka. The TAD version delivered a much better sound. End up I bought the TAD version (less than HK$5,000) and running-in at the moment. So far the performance is very good but I guess the bass could be improved after running-in for some months. Since this is made in China, the finishing (especially the black paint on the driver) is not that perfect. |

| [#36] Pioneer Pure Malt Speaker I went to elite audio yesterday. They said pioneer would not export TAD version. I have contacted a ' water goods' shop today to see whether they will import the TAD version. But they show some hesitation. I think it's because the speaker is too cheap and the profit is small. So I think if we can gather several order here, they may agree to import the TAD version. So if anyone interest, please left your message here. But I am not gaurantee. |

| [#40] Pioneer Pure Malt Speaker I am the user of S-A4SPT-PM since August 06. It's really a good and value for money bookshelf speakers! It's better than my previous T2000Sig. For the new version S-A4SPT-VP, I will try it on Jan 07 because I will go to Japan. But I have hesitation on it since its uses different woofers (with TAD techniques). So, the sound may be different with old version. And the old version got many prizes and honours before in Japan, and the new one S-PM300 is also using the old version's woofer, so I don't think the new one must better than the old one before listening it! But I really hope Pioneer can have the centre speakers to match with S-A4SPT-PM. |
