| [#23] 4 Tracks Reel-to-Reel Tapes 同好會 The media is 4-tracks 7 1/2 ips pre-recorded tapes. This could well be due to the record labels as most classical music tape from London, Angel, Mercury do not sound good. Even classical recordings from RCA Victors are, in general, disappointing. |

You ever tried the Studer 4 track or not? My friend got a few dozen of commercial 4 track tapes on reels and planning to purchase the Studer. You opinion is very important to him. |

| [#38] 4 Tracks Reel-to-Reel Tapes 同好會 To my knowledge, none of the Studer branded RTR can play commercial 4-track tapes. They are all made for studio mastering. All RTR made by the company able to play commercial 4-track tapes are all branded as "Revox". The one we are using now is the Revox A77 MkIV. |
