| [#21] Harbeth M30 ( 30th signature limited editi dkjg hing, nice report ^_^. harbeth不適合播rock/pop, 可能是出於誤解。 harbeth的頻寬和速度要應付rock/pop不是問題, 缺少的可能是一些刺激感。 這卻是BBC聲糸的設計理念 - 他們已中頻重播為首要條件, 所有會影響中頻重播效果的設計皆棄用。而刺激的高低頻正是拉薄和污染中頻的元兇。 為何BBC的設計理念如此著重中頻重播? 因為我們所聽到的真實聲音其實超過80%是中頻, 它涵誘j部份樂器(甚至鼓聲,cello)和人聲, 而中頻的效果主宰了像真度和細節, 所以成左漱分W重播, 等於成平垓{了超過80%的聲音效果。 可惜的是, 有些rock/pop的聲音並不是真實的, 而是EQ和mixer 推出來的, 這些聲音同樣影響了像真度和細節, 只是當我們聽到了這些訊息, 腦袋調節了我們的要求而已。 順帶一提, 如果你聽到harbeth的聲音不夠生氣, 節奏緩慢(有些朋友對harbeth的評價...), 這說明一件事, 擴音器不夠電流和控制力。 說真的, harbeth並不如坊間所說的易推。^_^ |

| [#31] Harbeth M30 ( 30th signature limited editi 第四回合: Naum Starkman: Chopin track 2 Proac and Pure-malt 基本上表現差不多，高音鍵部份音色唔錯，夠清脆。Pure-malt 似乎比Proac幼細少少。但當Naum Starkman大力彈奏低音鍵時，整個畫面會即時變暗，無法重現出Grand piano的感覺，連帶高音都冇好似對上三個回合表現得那麼出色。這可能與舍下聆聽面積有12呎X25呎有關。如果在150呎或以下，相信表現會更理想。 Cello到這個回合終於打出其身價。Piano無論是高音還是低音部份都有理想的表現，唔錯。絕無以上兩對speakers走樣的現像。 到Harbeth播放這張CD，一台更Grand、更埋身的piano即時重現於眼前，論氣勢及低音部份都比Cello更好，更真實，臨場感更高。但高音部份似乎Cello更幼細，這亦可能與Cello較輕、較laid back的表現手法有關。 Revel的低音部份當然有更大能量，但中高高音部份就及不上Harbeth或Cello了。當聽過Harbeth，總覺得Revel披了一層紗。 小結：如果你喜歡臨場感高，有點刺激性的表現手法，選Harbeth絕不會錯。如果你喜歡整體平衡度一樣好而較舒服的聲音，Cello will be your cup of tea。 |

| [#33] Harbeth M30 ( 30th signature limited editi 童虎兄: 我聽過Compact 7ES3 兩次，合共亦少於45分鐘，所以並不能很準確、詳盡指出Compact7ES3的強項或弱點。還是由Compact7ES3的用家來發表較好。 但Compact7ES無論在日本、台灣、美國及英國均有很高的評價，相信必有其過人之處。 如果以我有限的兩次聆聽經驗計，在non-monitor line中，我最喜歡SHL-5，始終更全面。當然還要考慮到價錢、聆聽面積等因素。 |

| [#34] Harbeth M30 ( 30th signature limited editi I had a 2 hours a/b comparison audition experience between C7 ES3 and M30. The impression : M30 sounded tighter, better seperation, more precise, faster sound(dynamic?), more attack(great for rock). The C7 was more relax, bigger image, seems deeper bass(less details), more coherent sound picture as a whole. Mid range vocal, C7 was more attractive to me, M30 seems too "honest" and thin(relatively). The highs....I don't know, I found M30 sounded a bit bright....may be matching problem. PS, I am not sure the M30 is fully run in, but the store keeper said they have same mileage, the comparison is fair. I don't know which one is better, but i like C7 more. |

| [#37] Harbeth M30 ( 30th signature limited editi 第六回合：Living stereo / Stokowski: Rhapsody Track 1 Proac and Pure-malt 表現相若。弦樂部份以及三角鈴，Pure-malt比Proac幼細少少。和上一回合一樣，當全員齊奏時，整個畫面會即時變暗及縮細。在舍下重播大型orchestra，對體積如此細小的喇叭來說，始終有點強人所難。相信換在面積較細的地方，會有更理想之表現。 Cello繼續表現其實力。音場闊大，定位準確、sharp。整體平衡很好。 到Harbeth上場，彷彿從音樂廳的中間位置坐前到頭幾行。與樂司們更接近，亦更刺激。音場係五對speakers中最闊的，第一次聽會被嚇一跳，比這方面的高手Cello還要闊，利害。前後感的交代亦OK，絕不會平版，但當然就及不上Cello了。弦樂的音色比Cello「厚」，屬中性偏暖小小，係一種很舒服而真實的弦樂聲，而Cello的弦樂聲就清淡些。而且在滿員全奏的片段音場音色都唔會走樣。整體表現出色。 至於Revel，依然採取中庸之道。音場並非最闊，深度亦非最佳，音色亦然。但相對於Harbeth 和Cello，Revel總像加了一層薄紗。 小結：仍然是Harbeth與Cello之爭，取舍依然取決於個人口味。如果你喜歡較laid back 的presentation，可選Cello。相反，如果你喜歡坐前排聽及較刺激的表現手法，Harbeth M30 would be your choice。音色上，Cello係清淡但優美；而Harbeth是較暖及舒服。如果你喜歡Laidback但溫暖的聲音，Harbeth的non-monitor line或Proac可能能滿足到你。 |
