| [#21] 中國制JR Transrotor if they do not claim it is JR Transrotor , then it is not crimial. as JR may not register their product's outlook patent(外觀設計專利) in HK Govt. then it is not a criminal to copy & sell in HK. Eventhough the look is the same as JR but he does not mention it is from JR Germnay , then it is not a pirate. 沒有 Offence JR 的商標註冊. |

| [#23] 中國制JR Transrotor cloning is a way to learn and doing it right someday this little company in china may develop into a great TT manufacturer, but claiming to be an OEM factory of a famous brand and trick someone to buy is another story.......even if it sounds as good as the real one, it is not ethical. |

| [#27] 中國制JR Transrotor some of my swiss watch maker friends (they also buy few Rolex for fun) said that the chinese made watch can only copy the outlook. The internal gear are made by stamping machine in order to save cost. But the Swiss one are made by CNC laser cut which are quite expensive. The stamped steel parts in fact have internal injured which cannot substain for a long time. so, it is not durable to provide precision in a period of time. Nowaday, few people will reliable to watch to read the time(prefer to check the mobile phone). The watch is more like jewelry. It is self satisfaction item. so, it is up to you whether you want a fake or real one! |
