After I switch it on for a few minutes, the normal sound becomes something like an explosion which almost blows out my speaker. It usually happens on one channel and the volume metre of that channel jumps up and down unsteadily. This problem started to exist from last night onwards. Last week, there was no such problem. Please try unplug all BA2000 input cables, tune both L & R vol to max and connect the spk and let the amp running. Then see if the noise happen again. If not problem again, it may be the problem of the pre-amp or the source gear (e.g. CD player) |

Actually I found that the problem was caused by the tube buffer connected between the power amplifier and the pre amplifier. I connected the pre amplifier and the power amplifier without the tube buffer and the problem was solved at once tonight. Kenny |
