| [#50] Tidal來港了! Yeah it's likely specific to Asia. I'm in Canada and never once had buffering problem. My guess is they underestimate how popular it has become so quickly. Im sure they will fix it eventually. Be patient. Tidal is really, to me, the best streaming service. Much better than Spotify and Apple Music. Great sound quality. |

| [#52] Tidal來港了! 窒L到無心機聽。I have already submitted a number of complaints via TIDAL website but have yet received zero response. This is why I asked for alternative channel for further complaint. Their customer support is disappointingly poor. It looks like a big rip-off to everyone as the monthly subscription fee is paid for nothing. Soon or later I believe there will be a large number of subscription cancellation including myself. |

| [#57] Tidal screwed up 了! It is still "好L窒" tonight. I started sending complaints since early November but no response, no customer service, no refund or whatsoever from goddamn TIDAL. I have already lost my patience. I am going to say good-bye to TIDAL due to their irresponsible and unreliable service.
