| [#41] Logitech Squeezebox touch Dear chings, probably you know you can improve the sound quality of your touch by changing the power supply unit. Yes it does and the one from WelborneLab is one of those. But I want to share with you my bad buying experience with WelborneLab. I made an order from WelborneLab's website for a PSU for my touch at the end of Apr. The transaction was billed to my credit card accordingly. A week later, they charged me again on the same credit card. Then I sent them an email to request refund for the 2nd charge. After a week, I finally got an reply saying they will refund. But now it's been 3 more weeks, I haven't yet had my refund back. And whatever emails I sent them, no reply was made again. I now fire a complaint to credit card center, hopefully I can get refund at the end... fingers crossed. | [#58] Logitech Squeezebox touch Power of CAT7 cables... I'm using SBT and stream music from my Netgear ReadyNAS. I mod the SBT accordingly to soundcheck. However, there is one problem. Whenever I play the first song, or skip a song, or pick another song explicitly, the music stops for 1 second for rebuffering but afterwards it runs smooth continuously. Whatever buffer value I config, it's the same... But after I changed the network cables to CAT7 from SBT to router and that from NAS to router, the crackle problem disappears!!! Then I further reduce the buffer from 4000 to 3600, it doesn't crackle anymore! Now I'm very happy with it! From sound-wise, the difference... um...
