| [#661] MyTek Stereo 192 DSD DAC I share the same opinions of dvmrp hing .... I have tried external clock many times, like most new gears in HIFI, I liked it much initially, only then I find its not right .... its the so called " novelty " effects. After serious retries ... to my ears, internal clock of Mytek is BETTER in terms of better image focus for all frequency and neutrality.... Not only that I also tried input sync and internal sync for many many times... ALWAYS, internal sync, i.e Mytek's own internal clock again is BETTER! reasons ? the designer, Michael, of Mytek spelled it out clearly in Computer Audiophile forum (I didn't believe it until I tried and now I just have to agree whole-heartily) Can any C hing tell me, when I use internal sync mode on 44.1K, but playing 96K file, Mytek still works and shows 44.1K, so what sort of frequency Mytek is running? does Mytek down sample 96K to 44.1K? Happy listening .... |

| [#663] MyTek Stereo 192 DSD DAC ll77h hing, I guess the DICE Rigisystem will syn the sampling freq. per input file. I tried input syn with atomic clock, ext. 44.1 wrd clock(atomic), int. syn on AES, to me ext. and int. is much better than input syn. |
