| [#722] AudioNote Ongaku - I am in pain! I have the schema of the Ongaku, date 1992. The filament heater for the 211 was already DC then. So I am not sure if your Ongaku is pre-1992 (it only came out 1989....) Are you sure the filament current of your Ongaku is AC? |

This has been removed in my unit. Maybe I could solve this hum by employing some feedback again. Do you maybe know how many dB of negative feedback is/was being used in Ongaku? BR, mb |

I clearly like this better than IO-M, every Lyra I have tried (most of them), Koetsu's, Ortofon's and also PC-1 Supreme. When that is said I made it easy for myself and ordered a M1000 instead............ :) |

Are you still using Odin PC, I understand they are terminated in standard lengths in the factory, how's different length affects the sound. I just bought the Siltech double crown interconnect, it seems the sound is a bit heavy when my preamp uses the DC power cord, thinking of replacing it by Odin. |

Matt, I'm still using the Kondo pc's for my Gakuoh, I haven't tried anything else since I bought it 6-7 years ago, now I'm convinced there are others that can be better matched with the Kondo amps, cable making seems having a very big advancement for the last 10 years. |
