It is best buy, but not the best. 3. It is good at bass extension, but I find the mid range is missing. Not as sweet as many British speakers. |

| [#73] Usher S520 speaker Listened to the Be-718 last time I visited Taipei, I was truely shocked by its performance especially considering its low selling price. I never imagined that any speaker costing below $10K can sound as good as this. The ONLY reason I didn't buy a pair immediately was becoz they are probably too small to fill my living room (~ 600 sf), & definitely too big for my study (~ 130 sf). But still can't get them off my mind, will likely visit Usher showroom again next week when I'm in Taipei. Imagine if Usher makes a micro speaker with both Be tweeter AND their Be mid-low diver from the big Dancer floorstanders. I'd buy them straight away.... |
