I lodged a complaint to Tidal about this buffering issue on 26 NOV., 2015 and they sent me back a reply on the next day telling me that they are facing a problem in their HK's server and is now trying their very best to sort it out. As a matter of fact, I found the problem disappeared last night and this morning as well. it is very smooth no matter playing music or downloading music to the offline content. |

I lodged a complaint to Tidal about this buffering issue on 26/11/15 and they sent me back their reply swiftly on 27/11/15 telling me that they have problem in their HK server and is now trying their best to sort out the problem. As a matter of fact, I found the problem disappeared last night and this morning as well, no matter listening music (for more than 3 hours) or downloading it to the offline content, it is so smooth now.
