Lately, I reached out to some coffee discussion groups on Facebook to get advice on which coffee machine to buy next. I was looking at options like the La Marzocco GS3MP, GS3AV, Mini R, and Sanremo YOU, to name a few. A lot of folks had hands-on experience with the Lelit Bianca, and some even had both the Bianca and the GS3MP, plus the Mini. Out of all the great suggestions, one really stood out to me.


" ... You gain nothing to upgrade from Bianca to Mini or GS3, but you will feel good because you pay more on it. The only real gains will be more powerful steam. If you want something different, go spring leveler as classic choice. I regret to buy GS3 MP and would like to sell it if I can. If you want to have more control and do more experience type of espresso making, Sanramo YOU is pretty good. I really want to try a leveler machine for a traditional experience even it can be boring. This is my dream machine, and I will get it after selling my GS3 MP..."


The Spiritello by Kees van der Westen is definitely beyond my budget and size preferences, but I have to say, it looks absolutely amazing!
