| [#8174] QUAD ESL speaker i don't think ESL57 is as awkward with placement as you say they are. I have heard the Kings audio stuff before, they are really good but no experience with the hybrid design and certainly haven't heard the queen4 yet. Anyway, I would say, the old ESL57/63/988/989 are old stuff, you may get problems like what you can see from the video or you simply buy a new kings audio product with local warranty support. Mr Lai of Kings audio is a very nice guy, i'm sure he'll look after you! |

| [#8180] QUAD ESL speaker I recommend to power on any type of ESL speaker in humid weather. Otherwise, shit it off all time and turn it on 30 min prior to listening is good enough. Turn it off when away inlong vacation. |

| [#8186] QUAD ESL speaker Hi Daniel, please note the test lead I used in the picture was just a regular inexpensive crocodile cable. Since the amp output is so low on EHT, you actually don’t need any insulation on test lead. Hope I’ve answered your question. Patrick |
