Quality Peerless OPT. ------------------------------------------------- Ace, Heakith W-5M is a very low budget and good amplifier. Sometime it could be cheapest than Quad II. With the modified Williamson circuit, I think it have good performance with your Chartwell LS3/5a, right? :o) |

I played it with my others 15ohms LS3/5A Rogers and Spendor, sound very nice too :-) Of course not as good as Leak 12.1 but gave other amps a good run for money. | [#9208] LS3/5A Club W5M is a very good Williamson amp. circuit wise, it is better than TL12.1. Just inferior without the TCC coupling cap and PSU PIO cap. It at least can be a match to PYE91. This amp is a wonderful ground for modify to VT25 Push pull ( the best PP amp my friend said he had listen) |
