| [#101] Klangfilm Is that Zeiss Ikon EL34 amp called "Type 32"? Does it have 100V output only? tim hing, yes,the type 32-1301 use EL34 pp, EF804 X3, GZ34. 25V output have 3,7,15,200, ohm output. I use the leak preamp, good sound better then the leak TL25 power amp to 6 ohm speaker but I have not menu how to change 15 ohm. have you got more information about the ZEISS. thx! |

| [#117] klangfilm information To my knowledge, none of the Klangfilm KLV-series tube power amps has 8 ohm output tap. But the 15 ohm tap should still drives speaker with 8 ohm nominal impedance well. Do not be obsessed with using 8 ohm tap with 8 ohm speakers. In my experience, over 80% of the 8 ohm speakers sound better connected with the 15 ohm tap compare to the 8 ohm tap. |
