I had been lucky to be a guest in Limage "Golden Triangle Studio" a few times. He even autographed his copy of "The Theory Gold Triangle" and gave me as a gift.

I wish him good health as I heard that he is not feeling well.

黃金比例只是參數,還有睇房間的型態和建築物料. 另外, 喇叭體積/尺寸都是關鍵. Room acoustic 才是最佳方法.

已動工一個多星期，有了最終間隔尺寸，
17.6 x 11.6 x 7.6 .
大概200尺，此空間應該適合書架仔呢。
在加國間房物料比較少選擇，
一般都是用石膏板作間隔，
而天花加上隔聲綿處理，
在這處，也沒有甚麼花巧物料能用，（唔駛咁多心）
還有十多天才完工，
十分祈待。
（祇想跟同好分享分享，多謝留意）

haha..i am not 大師 at all...if i have more time to play, try..and conduct more experiments and listen more.....then a few yr later...i may be able to be junior大師 ..haha..but not now
Golden ratio is indeed a very fool proof ratio....for a box..

physic tell us..trapezium room is better than a rectangular room
Fact telling us..bigger speaker is almost 100% better than a book shelf..
Past experience tell us, we all upgrade..., so it is wiser..to consider a room at least 14 to 17 ft width
Bass wavelength tell us...we need bigger room...
Perfectionist tell me...full wavelength room..is the best...however...if we cannot so we should have something...around 1/2 , 1/4 of the bass wavelength ..
etc..etc..

i suggest a trapezium room with short side width at 17 ft, overall length at 28 or 30ft...for something with 2x 15" bass, or even haha

or 14x23..24..ft ...for some 3 ways with upto one 15" bass driver..haha

any c hing have suggestion for the Ceiling treatment for him? as 7 Ft Ceiling..., we need something thin..and effective

and will the room have projector screen too ?

我個廳嘅闊度係深度兩倍多，想問有無得搞？

如不能調轉擺的話, 將喇叭位盡量拉前拉闊(試乎結象), 顧及兩邊平衡, 用短距離皇帝位, 亦係一個好方法.

長,闊,高別以倍數增長, 以免駐波.
又如中度兄講, 要預埋將來擺大喇叭.
以 7 尺高為例, 闊最好有 15 尺, 長 23~26 或 32~33 尺, 長度有利低音.
闊度如限定 12 尺, 可稍拉長至 20 尺
