| [#3554] Soundtrack 同好會 Last year I went back to HK for holiday and found there was an Elekit Valve Preamp for sale. It wasn't very expensive, just HK$2650. I used to have the Elekit TU-8200 Power Amp so I know it will be good. Anyway, we started to communicate even I was back in the UK. He likes DIY audio gears and he is making himself a DAC and tells me he will another one for me. And I enjoy it very much. | [#3548] Soundtrack 同好會 Amadeus has become an absolute classic after winning eight Oscars, my wife loves the movie so much that she mentions it from time to time, even to this day. I watched this movie at the Palace Theatre and found it really entertaining notwithstanding its running time of almost three hours. The acting and costumes are gorgeous, cinematography and pacing are also great. I’ve bought several versions of the OST since its first release, namely the US CD boxset, the SACD and the French pressing 2LP, there may even be some other versions in my collection but these few are what come to my mind. The OST was well received and available in every record shop in town for many years afterwards, which is a rare case for OST releases. Tks for your sharing ! ^^ |

It was an enjoyable experience : Dudley Moore 's acting, the cinematography, the music etc, not to mention the Bo Derek appeal so I bought the OST by Henry Mancini when I came across it afterwards. Dudley Moore was such an all-rounder , it,'s a pity that his life was cut short by the brain disease. |

| [#3540] Soundtrack 同好會 2024年香港動作電影《九龍城砦之圍城》。 參與演出嘅明星眾多有古天樂、洪金寶、任賢齊、劉俊謙、林峯、黃德斌、伍允龍等等。電影取材自余兒嘅小說同後來由司徒劍橋創作嘅漫畫，可以話係概念上完全本土化。觀看此電影嘅感覺就似睇漫畫般，每個角色造型獨特，動作誇張而且節奏超快。故事講述陳洛軍（林峯）因為搶走大老闆（洪金寶）一袋白粉並逃入三不管嘅九龍城寨。大老闆於是派人向城寨話事人龍捲風（古天樂）要人卻不得要領，因此雙方衝突由此起。另方面陳洛軍先父又因為同城寨大地主狄秋（任賢齊）有私怨所以的想將陳洛軍至諸死地。接住落黎大老闆竟然比自己一名野心勃勃嘅左右手王九（伍允龍），為咗上位而借機殺害。之後佢就親自帶領手下入城寨闖關要人，亦因此城寨入邊就發生了連番惡鬥⋯ 電影製作有水準，佈景考究，武打場面設計精巧，演員演出亦屬可圈可點，因此推出後大收旺場，成為第二套破億圓票房嘅港產片。配樂方面導演鄭保瑞亦絕不馬虎，搵嚟咗時常替港產片配樂嘅日本電影音樂作曲家，川井獻次操刀。本來電影上映後一直未有推出任何制式的實體電影原聲大碟，直至本月方由日本音樂商品販賣商Disk Union推出OST CD。由日本方面推出港產片原聲大碟此情況始於80年代，每當有港產片喺日本大賣嘅時候，當地就會策劃獨立嘅電影原聲推出市場，此皆因香港本地甚少推出呢類電影原聲大碟之故。估唔到時至今日仍然出現此種情況。據知呢隻原聲大碟係由於Disk Union同一位日本導演嘅堅持才能成事，作為香港人實在感到有點尷尬⋯ OST CD內有十九首配樂選段。由於電影動作連場，尤其係尾段打鬥場面更持續約二十分鐘，所以對作曲家嚟講構成一種挑戰。碟內最後幾首配樂選段都比較長，有七分多鐘而最後一首，即第十九首因為要配合片尾連續不斷嘅打鬥場面更長達二十分鐘左右。原聲大碟嘅配樂風格類似其他此作曲家負責創作嘅港產片配樂一樣，用上咗唔少嘅弦樂，分別係呢一次程度上就更加誇張，節奏更快可謂密不透風。此外，如果有興趣想買呢隻碟嘅師兄就要留意吓，碟中係冇收錄到岑寧兒唱嘅片尾曲《風的形狀》嘅。 電影原聲CD入邊附有一本印刷精美，紙質上乘兼且有詳細解說文字嘅封面頁。至於音質方面，小弟就覺得聲音有點壓縮，聴感上同荷里活製作有距離，可以話係有點美中不足。包裝方面則係普通CD盒一個。 Twilight of the Warriors：Walled In OST CD (Front) Music Score by Kenji Kawai Japanese Pressing  |
