thanks for the advice, however, not too many notebook had firewire connection. According to Kent, Firewire connection would be the best to utilize the clock function in DAC2. whilst I'm using the macbook, i really hate it's operation and so difficult for a long time PC user as me.

compared and found using the macbook the background is more quiet and imaging. Whilst using the CD or SACD found certain noise incurred, not so stereo.

despite I bought the M-audio 2626, I can use in my another home. whilst connecting the macbook and directly to the amplifier (not via the Onkyo AV pre-amplifier) it's much better than my HTPC.

工欲善其事, C hing 已踏出正確一步, 下一步可從 Ripping, 和 PC configuration 著手.

1. Ripping to wave / flac

2. PC Configuration - 如果想用 PC 的話可能要 underclock, simplify OS, ASIO. Foobar 0.96 可以試用 Secret Rabbit Code 去 upsample, 靚聲D.

thanks for your advice, I just bought the Weiss DAC2, will let all brothers know what the difference is. by the way, learn from Heman that you are using a simple PC to output the signal, any advice best suit ?

this morning, I connected the M-audio directly to the Amplifer and found very good sound stage and which no via the Onyko AV preamp.

2.WASAPI係將原本訊號,不經處理,直送DAC,升頻及DSP不起作用
