If they set it at 250 pounds (it worth that much for me), lots of existing owners will jump up and down to protest, so why not set it sky high to let every people happy. HiFi is subjective, someone's tresure may be other's junk, I'm sure plenty peole willing to pay 1490 pounds for it, otherwise the 3/5a wallpaper isn't complete. |

And the businessmen are assuming that they sound the same or better !!! Let's see if they are right or not. I clone a pair lat year with birch ply box, original vintage B110, T27a, exact copy of the 15 ohm cross-over. It's around 4000 HKD, don't forget my B110 and T27 were bought at fried up prices. |

| [#18] Rogers LS3/5A is back! diyfy, I have a pair Meridien active speakers (M100), it consists of 4 pairs of B110 drives (mid & base) plus pair of T33 tweeters, if I tire of it one day, I would ocnsider take the drives off and DIY 4 pairs of 3/5a. BTW, for 1495 pounds, I'll buy pair of Tannoy 15" Gold DC and DIY a box with birch ply, I'll be in heaven. |
