I had a pair of AR bookshelf speakers which has been used for over 12 years as I forgot the model nos. so is that anyone can tell me?It is tiny in size with a very small 高音U元 below.Thanks.

I finally found out the model nos. of my AR is
M1.It has been used over 12 years but still work
well unfortunately it become too big after I moved it into the wall unit.In this case,is it
worth to keep the M1 and buy a new one(satellite speaker)?If my budget is less than 2K is that any chance I can buy another pairs (new or used)which will be better than my M1?

AR M1 is a very good speaker. For personal point of view, M1 is 100% compatiable with AV and Hi-Fi. Do you use tube amp to drive M1.
I like vintage AR speaker very much. I posted my personal AR collection photos. This is my personal cup of tea.
Dear AR speakers Fans, do you remember AR-1ms.

I am using a very strange combination which included Victor XL Z505 (cdp) and Cyrus amplifier
since they are being selected by HiVi as best buy
twelve years ago!!!!!!!!! As I don't know much on
hifi so I still very comfort on this set up
unfortunately my new wallunit is not big enough
for this M1 unless I put it in horizontal.

Sometime ago I tried to find a pair of AR1ms for rear channels. However, I can't find one. Now I am using a pair of AR powered partners for rear channels.

自從明發行關門大吉之後, AR係香港已經好少人玩! 反之JBL就大把fans. 有一樣野想問下大家, 有冇人記得明發行係大慨90/91年向AR廠訂做一批特別新版3a? 我記得當時唔駛一個月就比人搶購一空, 可惜我果時我只係一個中學生, 實在冇能力去買.... 如果各位係其中一位擁有者, 甘就請出來分享一下喇!
