"彈弓壓力不會改變"...Are you sure? The force from the top platter may not change much but technically when you play different weight of a record, 90g, 120g, 180g, 200g. The compressive force has, though very subtle, changed and in turn it will change the compression springs it will store and release energy.

The key is the "Spring Constant". I don't know the data from Linn. However, many LP12 users have been advised to re-calibrate/adjust the springs yearly just to make sure that it is still "constant".

I am not a technician so I won't even dare going to talk about Temperature Effects, Fatigue and Spring Life, Stress Relaxation, Spring Rate and Load vs. Deflection...and so on.

These are science. That said I believe listening to music combined with gears is an art.

It's an art of human input, machines and environment. Each gives different ingredient into this experience.

And times and times again, we argue that it may not necessarily be explained logically with science. Not everything is in need of nominal measurements.

To be honest with you I am "Half Full" kind of person when comes to Audiophile world because I don't have enough resources and experience to elaborate all the finest details. Most are being quoted from other sources from the net which I choose to be more objective and evidence based opinion, if any.

I think we should use our gears to enjoy music, and not to disapprove the joy of whole experience of using hardwares and spiritual imaginations.

Watching her from the beginning is like watching your friend's daughter growing up as you were aware her shaping up.

She was shy, overweight but talented young teenager but gradually she became the Las Vegas Diva.

She may not be as fresh and exciting she once was but I am glad I saw her live in Royal Albert Hall.
