[#1] 請教最理想的喇叭擺放方法如果唔計週邊環境, 其實最理想既喇叭擺放方法係咪懸浮係空中, 所以無論座地喇叭或書架喇叭都要落釘腳(做到近似懸浮) 小弟對書架放在同一個地柜(應該是最差擺法), 落鐵釘好還是木釘好呢？除咗落釘腳仲有什麼更好方法可改善音效？謝謝！		德國迷正式會員 202.xxx.xxx.67	2013-06-10 09:16

The idea of speaker placement is to allow speakers to interact with the surrounding so that it allows soundwaves to breath and reflect. And 2ndly, you need to handle the vibration of the speakers so that only its drivers move, and minimize the vibrations of others (like the speaker box) otherwise the sound is not clear (imagine everyone sings at the same time). If you speaker is in 地柜, then, it is not very good. It would sound like a radio and you cannot hear the stereo image formed in the middle of the speakers.

Indeed, placing speakers on top of cabinet surely will not produce good sound. When the speakers are working & transmit the vibration to the thin cabinet top, it will vibrate as well & muddles the sound. The speakers will also "jump" along with the vibration. If you cannot use speaker stands, there is one inexpensive way to damp the vibration.

Buy a piece of SANRUBBER from Hings Group [連氏興業. See the link below. You can browse to search for exact location of their shops. There are a few at Reclamation Street between Mongkok & Yaumatei and one at Thompson Road, Wanchai opposite Yuet Heung Restaurant [悦香famous for chicken dishes].

Click the picture at lower left corner. The product on the right-most side is Sanrubber.
Sanrubber is in 9mm thick, 910 x 455 mm. Price was $300 a couple of years ago. It is for use under the wooden floor of dancing schools/halls to damp vibration & sound transmission. Several friends with similar situation as yours have tried it & found big improvement. Just use cutter to trim to size of speaker base [or a little larger] & place it on cabinet top.

Also, you have to place on top of the Sanrubber a pc of black granite slab 黑麻石 minimum 20mm thick, in size same as the cut Sanrubber. This is available from "Marble/building material" shops at Portland Street, MK or Lockhart Rd. in Wanchai.

You can place the speakers on the granite slab with or without spikes & discs. Just try which way you find the sound to your taste.

I am using the same under my cdp. I can knock under the rack when playing cd & it is not affected by any vibration.

Granite slab = 花岗岩板, also called麻石. Black color has the highest density & least vibration.

Highly recommend that you try this treatment under the speakers & also the cdp. It costs just a few hundred $ but improvement is big.

Can also try the same also under the dvd/blue ray player for better picture & sound quality.

Better call the shop to check if they have stock of the Sanrubber 制震膠 in that shop before going. Not everyone of them have it.

Anyhow.... the cheapest way to handle vibration is to use BLutack (go check the UK hifi magazines of the past as UK loves small speakers). Cheap from every book store in HK.

BluTack is certainly very cheap. No harm to try. Some hifi reviewers recommend to use it under speakerS which are placed ON SPEAKER STANDS. But some other users found little improvement with just BluTack alone, ESPECIALLY WHEN SPEAKERS ARE PLACED ON CABINET TOP.

經前輩指導，去太子訂咗4cm厚的鐵板，極度驚喜的改善，低頻量提昇而線條更明確，人聲豐潤而咀型收細，更強的空間感及立體感，最重要的只是花費幾百元。我夠膽講幾千元套的腳釘肯定唔系佢對手！！！

小的就無跟克麻石直接比較，但記得以前用都唔覺有大改善。之前亦問過前輩麻石跟鐵板有何分別，佢話鐵板的密度要比克麻石髙很多，減vibration的能力自然較強，樂器表現更活生感及音牆會更＂定＂。
另一朋友亦剛剛試完，用的是天朗的書架喇叭，加2件3cm的鐵板於腳架上，直頭連升幾級，從前的低頻不足，結像鬆散，立體感薄弱即時得到解決。所以我覺得非常值得一試，最重要就只系花你幾舊水，不過就非常非常之重。

太子道西旺角消防局對面嘅洋松街果邊的鐵板料舖，名就唔記得。
之前前輩是叫我買2寸厚，佢話越厚就效果越好。不過我都系買薄少少，我果件14x18寸都around 百幾磅。

取貨時記得叫多個朋友幫手搬，傷到條腰就死火la!
