| [#1] 黒膠嗢頭Retipping 各位黑膠師兄, 請問知不知道香港沒有嗢頭Retip 的服務? 小弟的光悅頭特然鑽石頭甩咗, 在YoutTupe 見到個做越南Retip 師傅, 他說有幫香港和國內客人做過, 但價錢不平。 請問有沒有師兄找過他做 Retip。我以前試過將Benz Micro Ruby 頭寄番Benz 廠做 retip, 手工一流，出埋測試報告添。 |

| [#6] 黒膠嗢頭Retipping #5 Koetsu have been closed more than a year, they are out of business now. Someone on the internet claim they are engineer from Koetsu, and can rebuild Koetsu in the same way.......but I am in doubt. Benz Micro does not have the Koetsu stylus profile, they have been changed to use MR stylus profile with boron cantilever more than a decade, I don;t know is Benz Micro stop using the Line contact stylus or the supplier prefer not to deal with Benz Micro............ Koetsu Line contact stylus is supplied by one of the stylus supplier from Japan,to my knowledge, they do not supply this profile to any retipping company. The similar one should be Shibata profile, a few retipper in US or EU have this stylus profile option. Retipping a cartridge is not just replacing the cantilever and stylus alone, sometimes it may need to replace the damper, adjusting the suspension system to optimize the performance, |

| [#7] 黒膠嗢頭Retipping before COVID , team and company activelt seek new business opportunity for around man toys One of them , were cartridge... from looking at the manfacturing , equipments....and suppliers etc , as company have a quite a sizeable B2C US based business targeting higher Age group for Man toys , it helps us to open the door of suppliers quite easy , we had some quotations from those 2 of the 3 Japanese cartridge part makers Haha in short we did not proceed , simply marketing risk for too many maker for cartridges within USD 3000 price ranges and ROI is not that decent for the time and resources efforts Even today we still looking at a few different approaches for audio business, as well as any other man toys related What is man toys means..higher than average profit hence better net income ..return Those mass market for mono piece for diamond cantilever and with one off the shelf stylus profile ..etc..all sort of commonly found cantilever and stylus profile etc is quite available , those Japanese suppliers even accepting order with 1 piece at higher price I would guess after it is rebuild ..it will sound different, is a matter of do we someone want "Green ", or enjoy something different , workmanship risk is quite minimal by rebuilding with a cartridge maker as procedures is quite standard for them with a lot of manufacturing fixtures for completing the task , material to be used is quite standard off the shelf parts from same Japanese suppliers too As blackpspin mentioned..it will not have any proprietary needle profile , cantilever wise , it can have better one.. so the cartridge will be different , it is also nice to replace the old damper too , again. It change the sound etc.. Let's say..hkd5000 u have a another unique cartridge with Ruby cantilever with a line contact needle ..etc.. if it is what someone wants.. it is fun And there is no reason not to trust "Sound Smith " @ USA too 最後修改時間: 2025-09-16 18:16:10 |
