Sand down the surface, remove rust, expose the base metal,and form feather edge to the adjencent paint. 2. spray a layer of primer, sand down when it is completly dry. 3. spray surfacer and sand the surface flat and smooth. 4. spray the final coat to match with the existing finishing coat.  |
