| [#3] 級進式音量控制器的問題 I agreed to #2 Ching. I checked from web that the volume control should be a potentiameter which is sealed. However, the dust can penetrate inside. Sometimes contact cleaner might help but not always. It is good to buy new replacement as long as there is avaialble quality parts. As a last resort, you can check if you can open the cover of the potentiameter and clean the contact inside. Sometimes you can fix it with this procedure. Of course you need to desolder the wiring first. Sorry that I type in English since my chinese typing is too bad. |

| [#11] 級進式音量控制器的問題 Hi Wong, my opinion is based on electronic theory. There are 3 main characteristics of a passive component. The resistance, capacitance and inductance. Where capacitance and inductance are the main factors that influencing audio reproduction in worse side. In my opinion, step ladder should have the minimal effect for audio reproduction but expensive. If you choose general potentiameter that use carbon film or wire wound please choose carbon film since it has less capacitance and inductance effect. Hope this is useful to you. Thanks |
