| [#1] 不易解决的拖線問題---也是影響音質元凶 如下圖, 好多線就咁 "僑" 埋一舊，唔好睇之余, 相信一定會影響到器材發揮, 但問題係香港彈丸之地, 尤其是中間有 LCD TV 的, 更加難攪, 有冇 C-hings 可分享改善方法?  |

| [#11] 不易解决的拖線問題---也是影響音質元凶 jameskyc hing, How do u find the sound of your system? Do u feel there are areas that could be improved upon, like spatial info, ambient details, harmonics, mid bass? If you're satisfied, just leave them alone, otherwise you have a massive project to experiment. Ideally speaking, all IC and power cords shouldn't be intertwined. Power cords, no matter how thick and how well insulated they are, do emit RFI which can be picked up by ICs. Your Kimber cable, being the unshielded type, is particularly suseptable. I suggest you do an experiment: to wrap the IC (from source to preamp) with tin foil and notice the sound improvement. If not noticeable improvement is found, you're lucky!! Then try wrap the power cord to source with tin foil and see if there is any improvement. If you have digital cable, wrap it up too. The idea is to protect the source from RFI pollution, then from preamp to power amp. If you have AC power regenerator, plug the source and preamp in. The PC from, wall to AC power regenerator should be wrap up as well, in order to protect the source. You might find the improvement ranging from subtle to very noticeable. Besides tin foiling, physically separating all cables can be experimented. Be sure to start from the source first. Hope it helps! |
