I remember once I tried to buy a Panasonic Plasma and asked their prices. NOT very willing to answer and came up price significantly than others. I finally bought one from Wah Lun Society with just a call. Convenient and fast! |

When everybody would just go for the lowest price regardless of service provided, how do you expect the shops and their sales to behave? Which store/sales would be stupid enough to provide you with quality service when the odd is that you would be going to buy from the next store for just $50 cheaper? When I was in T.O., the hifi shops scene was quite different from that in HK. People buying quality hifi products (i.e. non-mass market stuff) would not mind paying a slight premium such that they could get quality services such as single speaker pair demo, pre-booked demo room for products comparison ... The sales were quite knowledgeable as well. At least, they would not dare to BS insubstantial claims. On the other hand, the typical consumers would seldom take advantage of the service and then purchase from the discount store down the road. | [#29] 二奶影音..月經影音......的待客之道.....left much to be desired 我都試過有近似的經驗, 當我入到舖時發現見到自已其中的心頭好, 但係又未落實,買邊一隻,於是叫個sales想試聲,但係得到一個好不禮貌的招呼, "部機好貴嘅喎,你係唔係買嫁?" 我就答佢, "我就係貪佢貴,我梗係有錢買啦,唔通你地 D sales 有錢買咩. 跟住有另一個 sales 走埋來,攞住一份單據,問我攞地址"開單" ,我就話試都未試過就"開單", 咁你老板唔使請你啦,請一個收銀就得啦,跟住我就走咗,採佢都傻. |

Actually they are all free, chatting with each other..I won't go to Yau Shing anymore.. They expect customers buying stuff without listening. Tim Chi is a bit better..especially those 2nd hand shop, AV GALA and Jadis. Very friendly and letting people to listen for long period. |
