| [#11] Quad Amp CluB Dear Quad Users, Please let me in. I am a user of Quad 99 seires (99 Pre, 909 Power and CDS). I've been using the Quad system for a year now, to drive Tannoy Stirling HE. I like the quad very much. I think the Quad and Tannoy match very well. Other than the Qaud, I also own and use a few other electronic euqipments (AVI Lab S1, Marantz S11, etc.). | [#28] Quad Amp CluB hi Dave, sorry, I am not expert in electronic, though I did the mod by myself, I alsmost forgot how to do it again. Probably some other web mate can help you. One thing I can sure, sound can be improved quite a lot without the Quadlink. |

| [#30] Quad Amp CluB Dear Friends, I have done it with a High Hand yo bypass the quad link, but compare to 405.2!!!!! 405.2 sure win on Vocal, if you have two to compare, it should be the yellow label is more better. I using my M3 Kit with LP so i can tell to difference very much. Just try. Dave |
