你好yt兄!^^^^好耐無見!當然在這個世界裏無絶對啦!之前家訪過好多長方單位但係很多都會張喇叭放闊嗰邊因為....唔駛我講大家都明!要張就屋企人!yt兄你在工厦有個大单位聽hifi???太羨慕了!講到聽音樂E家野真係睇心情架!夜媽媽多數都會响屋企,特然又想聽歌跑到厰厦但又特然又會想聽音樂嘅mood無曬!真無癮!如果可以响屋企聽音樂當然方便很多!自己又可以在外支持到一個大hifi房其實都好過很多人!

我細地方照用三路12吋，冇boom，但坐位唔夠遠，其實要再坐後多d，低音先至到。

聽音樂，應該每一首都有最適合的聆聽音量，並非下下較到好大聲，反而細細聲都出齊，大喇叭係較易做到。。

It also depends on whether you have only very few furniture and many in wall cupboard (many modern HK homes do this) in the living room. if so, you will have a very bright room. u need time to tackle this and family needs for the room.

Will yr study room all for hifi? If so, good at first level. But again, if it
s all empty. you also need to take care of room acoustics. but if it's a room entirely free for you to play, you may have a better chance to get good sound here. but since 9 ft isnt really wide enough. you must be very careful of your choice of speakers in this relatively small room. many highhands here could give me realistic speaker suggestion in the study room. and budget is important ...

其實都要睇自己喜歡聽咩類型音樂嘅
如喜歡聽大棚嘢，咁用大地方聽大喇叭就冇得妥協啦！
如大多數時間只聽人聲小品，咁係個能夠專心聽音樂嘅細地方，即使玩細一點嘅喇叭又何妨呢？
至於沒有大地方，又想聽下啲大型編制嘅音樂，就好睇個人向難度挑戰的意願了

小弟非常感謝咁多C兄系度比出的寶貴意見。
原本我系想系書房搞個毒氣室。我聽也都幾雜，從唱歌、獨奏到交響樂和歌劇。個人習慣開細聲聽。但今次可能有機會系200尺的廳玩座地，所以心郁郁。不過自己冇玩座地的經驗，所以要向各位高手請教。
講返個廳，因為要兼顧日常生活，對喇叭只能擺在17'個邊牆，不能放在12'個邊。喇叭之間最寬可以到6'6",喇叭離前牆最多1尺，梳化要貼住後牆擺。所以人坐系個位度，離對喇叭大約8-9尺 (視乎喇叭的深度而定。
家私方面除左梳化，側邊仲有一張餐檯和一個企身餐櫃。(如圖)。
個廳冇機會搞acoustic treatment。個房反而可以搞。
所以小弟心大心細，如果個廳擺座地不容易搞，或者效果不是有好明顯的分別，是否用個房來聽2聲道，留番個廳來看TV？Budget房廳是一樣的，即書架+amp或座地+amp可以相同budget。

Issues to consider
1. Unbalanced reflections from left and right. Many C hings tackle this balance of issues through different means, to different degrees of success. Check some posts in 可以整個R33精華區.

You get most bass from the system from doing the above. If you use modern, conventional speakers, especially with rear ported design, you are likely to get too much bass or even boom.

You could however have solve those issues by various means
1. buy speakers designed to be put against the wall. Please see

2. buy pro speakers / vintage speakers which offer you bass control or some form of DSP which reduce bass / offer a 'put close to the wall' option.
3. still buy conventional speakers, but buy room correction device / amplifier / software to tune down the bass to reasonable level. Many Lyngdorf users here. Other options you need to explore.
4. Or you have a great preamp with high quality EQ or tone control. Many high hands use this. There are posts in R33精華區 that deals with this.
5. lean your head forward a bit when listening to reduce bass when necessary.

Challenges are unavoidable but not fully non-resolvable.

IF go for study room option, challenges are still there if you place the speakers on the longer side as you only have 9 ft width. Speaker-room matching is an issue you must seriously consider. I still suggest you may consider the four options above (especially no.1), of course, only after you experienced bass problems after rounds of experimentation.

Allow me to give you alterative view....

Where to put your system can also be a question of living habit and preference. If music is the priority, then better put in living room as you can hv more open space and don't need to lock yourself in. Plus you have to consider your Hifi and family. If you plan to hang out with family and share music or perhaps play music at background, then living room again.

I used to live alone and had a room for Hifi. I ended up moving the system out to living as I could not stand the feeling of "self prisoning".

In a small room, sound can be better but it was outweighed by bad mood in my case.

唔知你有幾發燒？亦唔知您會否同家人一齊分享音樂！

香港地好多朋友有能力買貴價音響！但一個獨立的音響室

不是好多朋友可以做到！機會難能可貴！再比多個考慮

將預算分二，廳同房各置一套音響！

而係兩套完全不多風格！例如廳用膽機、房用石機！

廳聽cas！房聽黑膠！廳用大喇叭、房用細喇叭！

廳玩音色、房玩3D立體音場.........等等

器材真係唔洗好貴，有個好的聆聽環景係事半工倍！

睡房播sexy music, 別一番境界。
書房嘅就聽下 "城寨"，睇下 "頭條新聞"

可以同家人共享時又唔駛爭。
