[#1] Hi-Fi問題:傳導DC電的線材, Bi-amp, 承托power-amp, Room-tuning 小弟經驗淺薄, 又要勞煩各師兄賜教. 1. 器材是用分體電源設計的. 兩者之間的電線, 是用很普通的電腦線(D9插頭15-pin o個種囉, 好似條VGA cable咁)來連接的! a) 請問有冇人自己整過條hi-end d 的線? b) 理論上和一般經驗上, 有什麼線材在這種用途中是較好的? (這有如機內接線咁, 因為分體電源是火牛及電容等等) 2. 用兩部相同後級去直接去推一對喇叭. a) 是否一定好聲d? b) 其實有冇話在乜野情況下, 不宜用bi-amp的玩法呢? c) 用相同power amp, 是否代表可以不加電子分音呢? 3. Power amp巨而重, 而喇叭又會震動地下. a) 一般來說, power amp 是否放在地下係最好聲呢? b) 若否, 用木板再加釘和釘墊, 會否使低頻瘦哂? 4. 有某些牌子出了一些木粒, 木塊, 鐵粒, 鐵塊等等, 可以貼上牆, 天花, 機頂, 電源線插頭等等, 聲稱可以使聲音的定位及音場擴充. a) 有冇根據呢? 若有, 是什麼物理性呢? b) 若是有助, 有那些幫子的有關產品是有效呢? c) 有冇師兄玩過, 可分享經驗嘛? 根據什麼原則去貼上這些東西呢? 先多謝各位師兄賜教! 最後修改時間: 2009-10-13 14:47:34		New_Audiophile 正式會員 218.xxx.xxx.183	2009-10-13 14:46

Wow, many questions in one thread.
I will try and see if this satisfies you:
1. Interconnect power cable:
Yes, I have tried to replace this interconnect cable. And it makes a lot of difference too. You can use different material to get different sound, e.g. old western electric wire, PCOCC copper wire, 6N wire, silver wire. No definite answer on which one is better, as the same to no definite answer on what material is best for power cable. But it definitely makes difference.
2. Bi-amping will give you a bigger and more steady sound stage. You have to be careful to pick the amps. It is best to start with same amps of similar years in manufacturing. Hard to say it is definitely better as it is very difficult to find 4 amps of same performance (assuming using monoblocks). And in some cases, you can hear the low does not catch up with the high if the amps do not match. Provide the preamp can drive the two amps, you don't need electronic crossover.
3. Even you put metal spikes underneath the amps, you can still hear the difference. It makes the resolution in bass much better and controls better.
4. Theoretically these change the resonance of the surfaces. Better or worse? Up to your system. A lot of people claim no use but some people swear they can hear the difference. I guess both are right, as it depends if your system is tuned to such a sensitive level. Fortunately, my ears are not that sensitive. Or they will drive me mad just to find what material to stick where.
I just want to spare more time to have some good music...:-)

And in some cases, you can hear the low does not catch up with the high if the amps do not match.

How about those people using different brand of power amp to drive?
