| [#4] 請教整流膽 唔該曬Johnny兄。 唔該曬WilliamsonAudio兄, 咁小弟再想請教5U4GB可否跟5R4GY互換或直代？事原係有位朋友送咗一對好耐之前佢搵街外師傅做嘅後級俾我，近日打掃時不小打爛咗其中一支，小弟問朋友清唔清楚整流膽用乜嘢型號，朋友話年代久遠都唔記得清太楚，好似係5U4......佢都要試吓搵唔搵到做機嗰位師傅先至可以確定係乜嘢型號整流膽。所以小弟碰碰運氣上來請教有無有研究嘅師兄可以幫忙。唔該曬 |

| [#5] 請教整流膽 Thank you for your question. 5R4GY can be interchanged with 5U4GB. However, the 5R4GY is designed for high voltage circuit which has higher internal resistance than 5U4GB. Therefore, the 5R4GY will cause a bit e voltage drop. Also, the input capacitor of 5R4 need to be 4uF. It depends on the requirement of B+ high voltage for the amplifier. If you don't mind running it at lower voltage, it would be just fine. Johnny |

| [#6] 請教整流膽 #3 我本身有 RCA 5R4GY 第一印象就係這一支膽 另外下文是膽座顏色嘅區別。5R4GY 因為係高壓上嘅應用。所以是啡座。 5U4G rectifier tube Designed for lower peak inverse voltage. Standard phenolic (black) base is sufficient. Lower cost. Adequate insulation for its rating. 5R4GY rectifier tube Designed for much higher voltage and reliability, often military use. Uses Micanol (brown), a mica-filled phenolic with: higher dielectric strength lower moisture absorption better thermal stability |
